  • I typically respond within 24–48 hours. If you don’t see a reply, please check your spam folder or feel free to follow up.

  • We’ll have your free initial consultation, usually via Zoom. This is a relaxed conversation where we talk about your goals, what’s been going on in your body, and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue.

  • I do my best to accommodate new clients based on availability. We’ll find a time that works for both of our schedules, whether you prefer to meet weekly or every other week.

  • Most clients meet once per week or every other week, depending on their schedule and goals. We’ll decide on a rhythm that feels realistic and supportive for you.

  • If you decide to continue after the initial consultation, sessions are paid in advance. I’ll walk you through everything clearly, so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Yes. I work with many clients online, and sessions are fully guided and personalized. You’ll also receive a recording (for a limited time) so you can revisit the session and stay consistent between our meetings.
